Many people now travel to ceremonies abroad or work with providers they find online, and preparation and aftercare are often thin. This programme gives you a steady, independent companion for the weeks around your experience.
Before, we work on intention, expectations and the questions to ask your provider. Afterwards, we work with whatever arose, including experiences that were confusing or hard, and turn insight into change in daily life.
The programme does not include any substance and does not replace your provider's own medical screening.

ask before booking
What is psychedelic integration?
Integration is the work of making sense of a psychedelic experience and turning what you understood into changes in how you actually live. It covers the emotional aftermath, the questions the experience raised and the practical steps that follow. Without it, even powerful insights often fade within weeks.
Should I start before or after my experience?
Ideally before. Preparation shapes the experience itself, and starting early gives the integration work a foundation. But it is never too late: many people start weeks or months afterwards, when they notice that something has not settled.
I had a difficult experience at a retreat abroad. Can you help?
Yes. Working through a challenging experience, whether at a ceremony abroad, a retreat with another provider or on your own, is a large part of this work.
If you are in acute distress, feel unsafe, or notice symptoms such as persistent panic, confusion or several nights without sleep, please contact a doctor or emergency services (112 in Europe) first. Coaching is not crisis care.
I'm preparing for an ayahuasca ceremony or a retreat with another provider. Is this for me?
Yes, that is exactly who it is for. The programme does not include any substance and does not replace the provider's own screening. It helps you prepare yourself, ask the provider the right questions and work with what comes up afterwards.
Is this therapy?
No. It is non-clinical coaching by a psychologist and master coach. It is not suitable for people with a formal psychiatric diagnosis or anyone currently taking psychiatric medication; in that case, please work with a therapist or doctor.
How do the online sessions work?
Sessions are one to one by video call, once a week for eight weeks, in English, German or Dutch. Between sessions you can write by email, so questions do not have to wait for the next appointment.
What does it cost?
The 8-week programme costs 800 EUR. If you have a single question, a clarity session of about 60 minutes costs 100 EUR and can be booked directly, without a discovery call.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in sessions and by email is treated confidentially.
